It is an essential qualification for any manager in the UK Premier League and a demanding, intense 2 year commitment to personal development and professional standards – not an easy thing to achieve. The programme is operated by The FA under the directorship of Sir Trevor Brooking and the management of Danielle Every, Head of FA Learning. catalyst is honoured that the FA selected Mark Reynolds to be a lead tutor on this programme. Mark explores business in sport and sport in business with high level delegates from Premier and Football League clubs. Through his tutorage he helps each delegate to build a personalised Performance Framework for their club.
