It is the responsibility of the Coaching team to achieve that
improvement. Therefore our starting point was to deliver individual
Performance
Profiles to map the current behaviour of the Coaching
team – and then to step through and evaluate this team
as a leadership group – detailing the changes and improvements
they need to make
Working from a detailed gap analysis, Nigel
Melville worked with Colin Calderwood and the Coaching
team to help deliver the performance improvement and send
them on their way to their promotion objective next season.
We wish them all
the best in the 2007/08 League 1 season.
